A fairytale project: Humpty Dumpty
illustrated by Judy Lewd
Part of a larger set of fairytale illustrations. Originally illustrated to accompany words that were never quite finished. In this particular picture we were demonstrating the reasons behind Humpty Dumpty falling off the wall. Hey, we've all been there before...

Looking for a comic writer.
As you have probably noticed I don't really do a lot of writing. I really do have an appreciation for this art form and I know many people who are really great at it. If you enjoy what you see here, and you are a writer yourself, perhaps you should contact me and we should see what we can come up with as far as a collaboration. Could be a big or small project, comics or illustration. Hey, maybe you just want to post some creative writing here on my blog. Whatever your idea is, feel free to contact me. I am waiting anxiously!

Sunday is for small projects.
Some photo's from Sunday. This time the model brought a really great collection of masks;
As you can see it worked out beautifully. These photo's are going to be a lot of fun to work with.

Just a little sketch.
I find myself drawing all day long. If there is a piece of paper and a pen/pencil/crayon around I just have to pick it up.
Sometimes when I am at work I catch myself sketching something totally inappropriate and have to shred it before anyone sees it.

...a very old (and slightly embarrassing) series of pamphlet style comics that I littered the city with. I have considered resurrecting "free advice" but as of yet haven't really sat down to accomplish this.
I remember this was the first of my comics that my Dad ever saw. He approached me and was all cool about it "I know what kind of art you draw (dramatic pause)...nudes on toilets".
I love my Dad but I still don't show my work to him.
